Schenetti's work presents itself as a mix of colors and images that generate artistic confusion, almost a mosaic to be rearranged or recomposed. Each fragment seems to hold a silent narrative, waiting to be put into sequence.
In a hidden corner two children emerge with a ball: are they about to run off to play or are they troubled by a disturbing story? Their gazes appear lost, unsmiling, and visual disorder dominates around them. However, the vivid colors and light clothes take us back to the sun, the heat, the summer.
The work is configured as a collage of different papers and techniques. Schenetti has already accustomed us to this skilful fusion of heterogeneous materials, which here becomes a visual language capable of evoking memory, emotion and open questions.
