Autumn
In the work dedicated to autumn, Schenetti takes us into a universe of colors and suggestions that tell of the transformation of nature. The warm and enveloping shades speak of the changing seasons: the weather changes, and with it the atmospheres and moods also change.
Suspended fruits seem to float in the air, as if spreading their scent in a space that is filled with reds, oranges and browns. They are colors that evoke chestnuts, citrus fruits, leaves that dye and fall, giving the sensation of a landscape that slowly transforms.
The lightness of the work arises from the skilful use of collage, paper, wax and ink: different materials which, combined, create the impression of suspended elements, as if everything were traveling in new, fresher, more pungent air.
Thus, leaving the summer heat behind, the spectator perceives that another season is already in the air: not only seen, but felt, breathed, almost tasted.
